Partner Africa Senegal - German-Senegalese Textile Business Partnership

The project that aims to actively participate in the revival of the Senegalese textile industry is financed by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and the Development and supported by Sequa GmbH.

The actions carried out by GESAMTMASCHE in Senegal are with the aim of bringing expertise and advice to the textile value chain.

From the production of cotton to the realization of finished products, we bring to the actors of the textile industry our support by the means of the connection with various experts of the industry.

The major challenge of our project is a revival of the textile industry in Senegal so that

• cotton industry: strengthened in terms of quality + sustainability, (certified GOTS Version 6)

• registers a growth in its production + in its international exposure

• Senegalese textile industry: +visible at the national level

• value chain of textile industry: transparent with better traceability
